A paper producer contacted us with the request to assist in resolving a quality issue they were facing. Rolls were poorly wrapped, and there was significant waste due to paper breakage. Together with the head of technical services, our engineer examined the capabilities of the machine. Subsequently, several calculations were made, and our engineer made a recommendation regarding the use of measuring bearings and signal processing.
On-site support provided
This recommendation was translated into a task, and within a week, we had the products in our warehouse in Venlo. Our engineer provided on-site support during the installation of the products, immediately linking it with a customized training so that the client knows what to look for in the future and how to calibrate.
