RMGZ100

The RMGZ 100-Series force sensor is engineered for precise tension measurement in continuous material processing lines, particularly for filament materials. It features 19mm ball bearings that accommodate a wide range of standard pulleys, which can be easily mounted. The sensor is installed onto the machine frame using a universal flange and included bracket, making integration straightforward. Designed for both static and dynamic applications in web tension, the RMGZ100-Series can be used in rotating systems such as planetary or tubular stranders, bunchers, and twisters, with its specialized sensor body compensating for centrifugal and Coriolis forces. Please note, standard pulleys are not included with the sensor.
