RTMX42

The RTM X42 Telemetry System measures the tension of individual strands or wires in cage or tubular stranding machines, providing easy access to critical process parameters for all personnel in the production environment. Tension values can be displayed through the optional RTM X42.CC Control Center or your PLC, with a standardized interface for quick and seamless integration into existing machines, and an optional gateway to support common protocols. While many OEMs include the RTM X42 telemetry systems in their new machines, the modular and compact design also allows for easy retrofitting to existing equipment. Reliable radio data transmission and optional battery packs eliminate the need for slip rings. The RTM X42 system can handle up to 42 individual wires or strands, with the flexibility to interconnect multiple systems for virtually unlimited force sensor measurements.
